Deepen your yoga journey with a pre-recorded yoga class inspired by the Eight Limbs of Yoga and centred on Ahimsa, the practice of non-violence and compassion. In this lesson, you will explore how yoga extends beyond the mat into the way you breathe, move, and relate to yourself.

This class includes Three-Part Yogic Breath, Cat-Cow, Sunbird, Sun Salutations, Warrior II, Triangle Pose, Reverse Warrior, Superman Pose, Seated Forward Fold, Reclined Bound Angle Pose, and Savasana. Along the way, you will be introduced to the philosophical foundation of the Eight Limbs and guided to practise effort with kindness rather than force.

This session helps you build strength, stability, and self-awareness while learning how to move with more compassion, patience, and integrity.
