These group workshops are designed to help you understand and apply the principles of Ayurveda in your everyday life—starting from the basics and moving deeper into your specific Dosha. Whether you’re new to Ayurveda or already took the Dosha test above, these sessions will give you both the knowledge and the tools to live with more balance, clarity, and energy.


The journey begins with the general Ayurveda workshop, where I introduce the foundations of this ancient system—explaining what Ayurveda is, what the Doshas mean, and how they affect your digestion, energy, emotions, and daily routine. You’ll learn simple, practical tools that you can start applying immediately.

For those who wish to go deeper, I also offer three Dosha-specific workshops: one for Vata, one for Pitta, and one for Kapha. In each, we’ll explore how that particular Dosha functions when balanced or imbalanced, what foods, routines, teas, and oils support it best, and how to adapt your lifestyle with clarity and compassion.
