I am a certified yoga teacher (500YTT), Ayurvedic practitioner, and a lifelong seeker of balance between structure and soul. My journey began not in a yoga studio, but in the high-paced world of international business and audit, where I still work today as a corporate director.

Despite building a successful career, I always felt a deeper calling toward healing, presence, and embodiment. That calling led me to India, where I immersed myself in traditional yoga and Ayurvedic studies, lived simply, and reconnected with the wisdom of the body and breath.

Long before discovering yoga, I spent ten years practicing Kung Fu, a discipline that taught me focus, resilience, and the profound connection between body and mind. For the past 15 years, yoga has been a central part of my life, and for the last five, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and guiding others on their own journeys.

In addition to my yoga path, I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am currently studying alternative medicine in Germany as a Heilpraktikerin. This allows me to bridge ancient wisdom with scientific foundations and offer a truly holistic approach to well-being.

Today, I live what I teach: I balance a demanding professional life with daily practices that keep me grounded, strong, and present. I believe that yoga and Ayurveda are not only for retreats or slow-paced lives; they are powerful tools for anyone navigating stress, responsibility, or leadership, whether you're in a boardroom, raising children, or building something big.

Through my classes, consultations, and content, I help others integrate ancient practices into their modern reality, so they can feel strong, clear, and connected, no matter how full their life is.

Love Maria’s relaxed and passionate approach

My name is Clemens, I'm currently on the Philippines on a really nice yoga retreat. I have to tell you that the yoga Maria offers is a lot cooler, it has more spirit, it has more kindness, it's just amazing how she deals with her yoga students, how she treats everyone and also analyzes. She has a very, very wonderful art of teaching that I appreciate a lot. Half a year ago we met in Munich and she said: that she's is a yoga teacher and I said: "hey, I love yoga". So I came to her class and it was a lot of fun and I stayed with her yoga classes until today. I can only recommend everyone to go to Maria's yoga classes to enjoy the hours, to take something with you and above all to feel this spirit and art of yoga. For me there is no one better than Maria. Ciao and Grüße from the Philippines.

Caring encouragement at its finest

I took a yoga class with Maria last year and it was amazing. She takes care of each single participant, which is most appreciated. Her guidance is clear and encouraging. I can highly recommend Maria as a yoga teacher.

Care above all

I visit classes from Maria. It was really great experience for me and she was really kind and really patient about my issues. I also had some problem with my shoulders and she was really careful about it. Yin yoga was really good stretching for me and really relaxing. I would recommend her classes. She is a great teacher and I still continue to go to her classes and I really enjoy them.

Yin yoga with Maria opens you up

Yin yoga with Maria is exactly the right thing for me. Through her guidance and exercises, I'm really able to relax into a deep stretch so that I can fully open up my body. Therefore, when I go to the gym, I can perform much, much better squatting, and therefore I have a much better leg workout. Moreover, through her serene personality, she creates this kind of atmosphere during the yoga class where I can really calm down and relax. Therefore, if you want to do something really good for your mind and body, take a class with Maria.

A unique explanation of Ayurveda

I’ve taken Ayurveda courses before, but Maria’s workshop was different. She has a way of explaining complex ideas simply and with heart. I especially appreciated the specific food, tea, and oil suggestions for each Dosha. Everything clicked.

Practical wisdom from Maria

Maria is grounded, engaging, and full of practical insight. She didn’t just give theory, she made it real. I finally understand why certain things work for me and others don’t. I took so many notes, and I already feel more balanced.
