Online Workshop · 10 January · 13:00–15:00 (Zoom)
At the beginning of the year, many of us feel the urge to change something.
Eat better. Slow down. Feel more balanced.
At the same time, there is often pressure. New goals, new plans, and the feeling that we should already know what to do.
Ayurveda helped me approach this differently.
Not by adding more rules, but by understanding my body better.
That’s why I’m offering a 2-hour online Ayurveda workshop. A simple, relaxed introduction to the basics of Ayurveda, without overwhelm.
What this workshop is about
This workshop is for beginners and curious minds.
We’ll talk about:
- what Ayurveda actually is (and what it isn’t)
- why balance looks different for everyone
- how stress, digestion, and energy are connected
- small daily habits that can make a real difference
No complicated theory.
No lifestyle makeover.
Just clear ideas you can take into your everyday life.
There will be space for questions, and you don’t need to prepare anything.
Who this is for
This workshop is for you if you:
- want to start the year a bit more consciously
- feel tired or overwhelmed more often than you’d like
- are curious about Ayurveda but don’t know where to start
- prefer practical explanations over strict rules
You don’t need any previous knowledge.
You don’t need to be “into Ayurveda”.
Curiosity is enough.

Why I’m offering this

Not perfectly. Not all the time. But enough to notice a difference.
I want to share this knowledge in a way that feels supportive and accessible, like a conversation, not a lecture.
