EVENT: Sunday Evening Yin Yoga

Or how to land your week instead of collapsing into it.

Sunday evenings can feel strange.
The weekend is almost over, the next week is already knocking, and somehow your body is still holding on to everything that happened in the last seven days.

This is exactly why I’m offering a Sunday evening Yin Yoga class.

Every Sunday at 7.30 pm, we slow things down. Way down.
No rushing, no sweating, no trying to be impressive. Just long, quiet poses, gentle breathing, and time to let the nervous system finally catch up.

Yin yoga is not about doing more. It’s about allowing.
Allowing your body to soften.
Allowing your mind to stop planning Monday.
Allowing yourself to go to bed feeling like you actually arrived there.

If you’ve never tried Yin yoga, this is what you can expect. We stay in poses for a few minutes. We use cushions, blankets, whatever makes you comfortable. Muscles relax, deeper layers open, and things you didn’t even know you were holding onto slowly let go. Sometimes the body sighs. Sometimes the mind does too.

This class is perfect if your week was full, your head is busy, or you just want to sleep better on Sunday night. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need experience. You don’t even need a great week behind you.

Just come as you are.

The class takes place every Sunday evening at 7.30 pm.
Think of it as a small ritual before bed. A pause between everything that was and everything that will be.

Details and booking are on the website.
If this sounds like something your Sunday evening could use, I’d love to practice with you.

See you on the mat. Or on the blanket. Or both.
