This class combines breathwork with energising flow, including lunges, Surya Namaskara B, Chair Pose, twists, Malasana, Crow Pose preparation, wide-legged folds, Butterfly Pose, Halasana, and Savasana. You will explore how the breath can support strength, balance, and concentration while helping you stay calm and present.
