Step into the fourth limb of yoga with a pre-recorded yoga class focused on Pranayama, the practice of guiding and expanding the breath. In this session, you will learn Ujjayi breath, the soft ocean-like breath used to bring steadiness, rhythm, and deeper awareness into movement.

This class combines breathwork with energising flow, including lunges, Surya Namaskara B, Chair Pose, twists, Malasana, Crow Pose preparation, wide-legged folds, Butterfly Pose, Halasana, and Savasana. You will explore how the breath can support strength, balance, and concentration while helping you stay calm and present.

This session teaches you how to use breath as a bridge between body and mind, making your yoga practice more powerful, focused, and connected.
