Deepen your practice with a pre-recorded yoga class focused on the Niyamas, the second limb of yoga, and the principle of Santosha — contentment. In this session, you will learn how to build strength, balance, and discipline while staying grounded in a sense of inner ease.
This class includes Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), spinal mobility, Side Plank, Chaturanga, Sun Salutations, Tree Pose, Triangle, Side Angle, seated twists, and deep relaxation. You will be guided to move with both effort and acceptance, discovering how to stay steady even in challenge.
This session helps you develop physical strength and mental resilience while learning to remain calm, present, and content in the process.
