Complete your 8-limbed yoga journey with a pre-recorded yoga class dedicated to integration, presence, and Samadhi — the final limb of yoga. In this closing session, you will bring together everything you have practised so far: movement, breath, concentration, meditation, and deep inner awareness.

This class includes dynamic standing flows, balance poses, Pigeon, Malasana, Crow Pose, forward folds, inversions, backbends, twists, restorative rest, Nadi Shodhana, and guided meditation. Rather than chasing a final goal, you will be guided to experience yoga as a return — a state of wholeness, steadiness, and quiet connection.

This session helps you embody the full path of yoga and close the course with a deeper sense of unity, trust, and inner stillness.
