Move deeper into the inner limbs of yoga with a pre-recorded yoga class focused on concentration and meditation. In this session, you will explore how focused attention becomes the foundation for stillness, clarity, and inner presence.
This class includes eye exercises to support focus, deep hip openers such as Frog, Lizard, Pigeon, Gomukhasana, and Janu Sirsasana, as well as breath-led movement, twists, guided rest, and a closing seated meditation. Through steady holds and mindful transitions, you will learn how to stay with sensation, soften distraction, and gently return your awareness to one point again and again.
This session helps prepare the body and mind for meditation by cultivating patience, concentration, and a deeper relationship with stillness.
