Explore the fifth limb of yoga in a pre-recorded yoga class focused on Pratyahara, the practice of turning inward and withdrawing from external distraction. In this session, you will use breath, stillness, and inversions to shift your perspective, deepen concentration, and reconnect with your inner awareness.

This class includes Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath), Puppy Pose, Sphinx, Forearm Plank, Dolphin Pose, Headstand preparation with optional full Headstand, Halasana, Shoulder Stand, Happy Baby, and Savasana. Through these practices, you will build strength, courage, and focus while learning to trust your inner steadiness more than outer stimulation.

This session helps you experience yoga as a quiet inward movement — not only through the body, but through attention itself.
