Explore the third limb of yoga in a pre-recorded yoga class focused on Asana — the physical practice of posture as a path to awareness, steadiness, and inner openness. In this session, you will learn that yoga poses are not only shapes to perform, but tools to strengthen the body, support the breath, and create space within.
This class includes Kapalabhati breath, seated mobility, Surya Namaskara B, Warrior I, Camel Pose, forward folds, Bridge, Wheel option, Fish Pose, and restorative rest. Through heart-opening postures and backbends, you will build strength and alignment while gently expanding the chest, front body, and emotional space.
This session helps you experience Asana as the union of effort and ease — grounded, aware, and deeply alive.
