Yoga, Ayurveda & Psychology.
Most people don’t come to yoga because life is perfect.
They come because they feel tired, tense, overwhelmed or because something inside quietly says: this can’t be all there is.
I know that feeling very well.
I’ve been the person who “did everything right”… worked hard, stayed disciplined, exercised, kept going; and still felt disconnected from my body and myself. Yoga, psychology, and Ayurveda didn’t change my life overnight. They helped me slow down, understand myself, and feel safe in my body again.
That’s what I want to share here not as a teacher on a pedestal, but as someone walking the path with you.
How I work (and why it’s different)
I don’t believe in extreme methods or fixing yourself.
I believe in gentle consistency, understanding, and kindness toward the body.
My work combines three things that naturally belong together.
YOGA. Not to become better, but to feel better
Yoga, for me, is not about how a pose looks.
It’s about arriving in my body, breathing again, releasing tension I didn’t even know I was holding.
My classes are structured, calm, and grounding. You don’t have to perform. You don’t have to push. You just show up… and that’s enough.
AYURVEDA. Small habits that change a lot
Ayurveda came into my life when I needed more than just movement.
Not rules. Not perfection.
But rhythm, warmth, and support in daily life.
I focus on simple things: when and how to eat, how to support digestion and energy, how to live in tune with seasons and stress levels
Nothing extreme. Nothing unrealistic. Just what actually helps.
Psychology. Because your body remembers everything
I’m trained as a psychologist, and I’ve learned one important thing:
Your body always makes sense.
Stress, tight shoulders, fatigue, inner restlessness: they’re not flaws. They’re messages.
I gently weave psychological understanding into my teaching, so you don’t just “stretch it away,” but slowly start to understand what your nervous system actually needs.
No therapy during yoga. Just awareness, safety, and respect.
This space is for you if…
You might feel at home here if:
- you’re functioning, but often exhausted
- you carry a lot of responsibility
- you want to feel grounded instead of constantly “on”
- you’re curious about Yoga or Ayurveda, but allergic to dogma
- you want guidance that feels human, not perfect
You don’t need experience. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need to be spiritual or vegan.
And maybe not for you if…
This might not be your place if you’re looking for:
- high-intensity workouts
- quick fixes
- spiritual bypassing
- strict rules or pressure to optimize yourself
That’s not how healing works… At least not in my experience.
How we can work together
Right now and step by step, I offer:

One last thing
You don’t need to become someone else to feel better.
You don’t need to try harder.
Often, you just need a safe space, gentle movement, and someone to remind you:
you’re already doing enough.
If that resonates with you, you’re very welcome here 🤍
If you feel like practicing together, you can find my current yoga classes and courses on this website.
