My yoga classes are rooted in traditional teachings and always focused on alignment, breath, and safety. Whether you're practicing online, in person, or outdoors, I guide every student with care and presence—observing your form, offering assistance, and helping you grow confidently in your practice.

Classes are available both online (live via Zoom) and in-person in Munich, including rooftop sunrise sessions, yoga in the park, occasional studio classes, and private one-on-one sessions. I actively observe participants in all formats and offer clear alignment cues and adjustments to ensure safe, effective practice.

Yoga Video Course: 8-Limbed Journey

Self-Paced Practice

A structured, pre-recorded video series to deepen your practice at your own pace.

This is a full online course made up of 8 pre-recorded yoga classes, each 45–60 minutes long and focused on one of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. It’s designed as a self-paced journey to help you build strength, mobility, flexibility, and understanding—from the foundations toward an intermediate level of practice.

Each video blends guided asana practice with philosophical insights, breathwork, and alignment instructions. The course is progressive: every lesson builds on the one before. You are encouraged to repeat each class until the flow feels familiar, steady, and strong, before moving on to the next.

Step 1: Free 15-Minute Call
We start with a short pre-call to understand your needs: physical goals, health focus, dosha support, or style preferences. You tell me what you’re looking for.

Step 2: 60-Minute Personalized Class
After the call, I design a fully customized 60-minute online class just for you. Based on your goals, your body, and your energy. Whether it’s grounding, energizing, strengthening, or deeply restorative. This is your space.
You can also book group sessions or corporate classes — just ask.

How do I prepare for a consultation?
Just book the free 15-minute call. We’ll talk about your body, your focus (like flexibility, strength, burnout, etc.), and decide what’s best for you.
Can I choose the yoga style I want?
Yes. You can request Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, or a mix. You can also ask for a class that supports your dosha or emotional balance.
What if I have specific health issues or injuries?
Definitely. If you're rehabbing, recovering, or managing stress or burnout, we’ll adjust everything to support you. Just let me know in the pre-call.
Do you offer private or group yoga?
Yes — private yoga for moms, wellness days, or rooftop sessions. Let’s discuss what fits your group best.
Do your yoga classes qualify for Krankenkasse reimbursement?
Yes, selected courses are certified and eligible for reimbursement by German health insurance (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention). Check the class description or contact me to confirm.
